Pretty much all Olympic coverage for free to air television in Australia is exclusively broadcasted by Channel 9 so when Sally Pearson won the women’s 100m hurdles final a couple of days ago, ABC News Breakfast came up with a refreshing way to reenact the race for its viewers – using Legos!

I have to admit that’s pretty smart of them to at least give their viewers a rundown of the race with Sally Pearson  just beating Dawn Harper to the finishing line with a new Olympic record timing. Definitely a LOL moment when I spotted Darth Vader in the Lego crowd.
